Bludomain Sucks!

I had the bright idea that I would order a nice Flash site to serve as my front end, in place of the of my current site. I ordered from a company called Bludomain last week, and have got nothing but a hole in my checking account to show for it!

It is impossible to get any response, other than a canned auto responder. Avoid Bludomain like the plague!

Dude, You are so right on this. They Sooooo are bad!! I ordered a site last week and come to find out that you have to crop the photos to make them fit fully into the window. They don't have a 3:2 dimension. I tried to get a refund or at least switch to another site template where I didn't have to crop my pictures. All you get is the freaking run around with these fools. And you have to fill out a freaking TICKET for everything. Never able to talk to anyone. AVOID them save your $200 and go to bigfolio or something. BLUDOMAIN is terrible!

Yeah. I've had a bad experience with them too. I bought a template from them but when it still was not delivered 7 days later, I asked for my order to be canceled and requested a refund.

I've had to escalate the refund claim to Paypal. Bludomain will not answer any of my emails.

I really want my $$$ back!

I have resolved all of my issues at Bludomain. Their service still sucks, but my site looks pretty nice www.c2-photo.com .

It comes down to how much pain a person will endure to get something on the cheap. I started thinking of it ion retail terms. Would you stand out in the cold the day after thanksgiving to get that super deal at Best Buy? You know like when they sell 10 computers for $1000 less than normal. I started treating my relationship with Bludomain the same way.

BluDomain is a scam! I have tried to get my site up and running since April 3rd, it's now June 18.
They said they'd refund my money, but that was 1 month ago. I now have to get a lawyer involved.

This seems to be a trend I was trying to by a book Tread 20. Another website run by the same people (bludomain) and they have a link to download the book after you pay. So I pay then the link is invalid, at least 10 emails later no responses and no refund:(

Any recommendations for other business that offers similar services to bludomain's? Love their templates but am very leary of all the bad press. I'm looking for an affordable site to get my small portrait business online. IDEAS??

It's pretty hard to find a deal like Bludomain has. BigFollio has some nice stuff but it's a heck of a lot more expensive.

I am getting better at navigating Bludomain. I actually had a builder pay me to deal with them for him! They are just the K-Mart blue light special of web companies. Check out the B&H Site www.bhdevelopmentsinc.com. I did that site with almost no BLOODSHED!

why hasn't someone put up a "www.bludomainsucks.com" site yet? They could use a blu template and explain in detail the torture endured to get that thing up

I purchased a site from them a few years ago and I lost the technical info I need to host the site and they won't give it to me. I too have to get legal involved to get this resolved. I am close to putting up a site that tells everyone how bludomain sucks.

I can't believe there are so many of us out there that have had trouble with bludomain!

The templates looked very cool but the one I ordered couldn't do what I needed it to do. This was something I wasn't able to determine by viewing their demo.

I wasn't able to launch the site and tried to get a partial refund and went through a very FRUSTRATING experience with their canned emails and no replies.

I couldn't get PayPal to take any action so I finally had my bank reverse the PayPal payment. That was the only way PayPal would reverse their payment to bludomain.

IMMEDIATELY after this I FINALLY heard from someone at bludomain.

These people should not be running a company. They have no working phone numbers listed ANYWHERE and they don't answer emails if they don't want to. I wish I found this site before I purchased from them.

This was EXTREMELY frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I DON'T recommend this website to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE!

i agree blu domain does suck.

there are hundreds of people who have been misled and "taken" by BluDomain. it is time to file a class act lawsuit so that we all get compenstated for the emotional and financial hardship we've faced...and so that they are kept accountable to fair business practices.

i know there are hundreds (literally) of you out there who have been complaining about the horrific service by bludomain. let's do something about this!

Blu has hosed me as well. I have a site with Blu with a contact page that does not work. They can't fix the problem. I have been going back an forth with them trying to get this problem resolved for 11 months. Only the good Lord knows how much business I have lost because I decide to work with this horrible company. Don't risk your business with Blu.
