A Rooster In Da House?

This little guy has decided to make his home at the 5th Street Public Market. It's pretty funny to watch him scare the hell out of unsuspecting shoppers. Someone will walk to close, not noticing him and he'll let out a loud crow. I think one lady about wet her pants right before I took this picture.
